Fruit Chutney Recipe at Home: A 5-Step Simple Guide

Ingredients

1/2 cup pineapple 1/2 cup mango 1/2 cup apple 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 cup water

In a pan, combine pineapple, apple, mango and raisins along with water. Cook on medium heat till the fruits become soft, stirring occasionally.

Add sugar, roasted cumin powder and red chili powder to the pan. Mix well and let the mixture boil till the sugar dissolves completely.

Mash the fruits lightly with the back of a spoon while cooking, leaving some pieces for texture. Cook the chutney till it thickens to your liking.
