1 cup grated coconut2 tbsp roasted chana dal1 inch piece of ginger1/2 tsp mustard seeds5-6 curry leaves1 dried red chili1 green chiliSalt to taste1 tsp oil2 tbsp curd (optional)

Combine grated coconut, roasted chana dal, green chili, ginger, curd (if using) and salt in a blender. Add some water and blend till smooth.
