Easy Pav Bhaji Recipe in 7 Steps for Beginners
3 potatoes
1 cauliflower
1 carrot
1 bowl peas
1 inch ginger
1 capsicum
2 onions
1 tomato
2-3 green chillies

1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1-2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
2 tsp garam masala

Ingredients
Add potatoes,
cauliflower,
carrots, and water in a pressure cooker. Cook till 2-4 whistles and allow it to cool. Mash the vegetables lightly.
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies. Saute till golden brown.

Add tomatoes and cook till they become soft.

Add the boiled vegetables and mash them well in the pan. Add capsicum and peas. Cook for a few minutes.
Step 4
Add turmeric, coriander powder,
red chili
powder, and pav bhaji masala. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.

Add water as needed. Add salt, cover the pan, and let it cook. Add garam masala, mix, and cook for 1 minute.

Pour butter on top and serve with butter-toasted pav, onions, lemon and green chilies.
