How to Make Mouthwatering Rasmalai in Just 30 Minutes
Ingredients
–1/4 cup all-purpose flour– 1 cup milk powder– 1/4 cup semolina– 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder– 1/4 teaspoon baking soda– 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands– Water as needed

Boil water in a large vessel. Slowly add the prepared dough balls to the boiling water. Let them cook for 15-20 minutes, making sure they float and puff up when cooked.

Once the milk mixture is ready, add the Rasmalai to the prepared rabri. Soak the Rasmalais in the rabri for at least 30 minutes.
